SILVER SOLDERING/BRAZING THROUGH TO SUBSEQUENT TESTING STANDARD BS1723,BSEN 13133.2000 AND BSEN 13134.200 (REFIGERATION)
The course can be structured for non-experienced or experienced candidates. It can be tailored to identify with the requirements of the individual workplace and its applications.Should it be a requirement that attendance are to be tested to standards BS1723/BSEN 13133: 2000 and BSEN 1314:2000, the witnessing testing and raising of certification shall be carried out by the UKAS accredited testing authority, Zurich risk services unless a preferred testing authority is stipulated.
CONTENT
Health & Safety lecture and videos pertinent to the gases and equipment to be used..
Brazing alloys and fluxes.
Identification of standards prior to testing.
Oxy-acetylene flame settings,carburizing,oxidising and neutral.
Soldered joint setups-swaged,butt,lap and fillet.
Cleaning and pre soldering requirements,cutting and dressing etc.
Practical demonstration.
Relative work applications.

Basic silver solder course 2/3 days-assessments(If requested).
Silver solder course with subsequent testing 4/5 days
